CARDONE Industries employees gathered this week in Texas at the historic Fort Worth Hilton for the company's annual National Sales Conference with the theme “Blaze the Trail.”

Michael Cardone, III, opened the conference with Kevin Cramton, CEO and the executive leadership to address future plans to work closely with its channel partners to yield increased returns that benefit both parties. Several new product categories were announced and will be introduced at AAPEX later this year.

Cramton presented ongoing plans that include: heavy investment in CARDONE’s core operating business; category management development; and demand-planning initiatives to drive improved customer satisfaction. Also discussed was the evolving role of CARDONE’s salespeople.

George Dunham, EVP of Sales and Marketing, announced the following changes to the sales division to better align the company with its channel partners:  Dan Billie has been promoted to SVP of Sales. Previously responsible for half of CARDONE’s sales, he now leads the entire sales division. Reporting to Dan are Jayme Farina, Calvin Kaemmerer, Ron Spuhler and Tim Rhodes, who have all been promoted to the position of Channel Vice President.

CARDONE Industries, founded in 1970, is a privately held, family-owned and operated company headquartered in Philadelphia.
