The Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) and the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) have developed a survey in collaboration with Ducker Carlisle, an expert in sourcing technician feedback, to gain insights from collision repair technicians on the challenges they face, according to an I-CAR news release, which also notes that results of the survey "can lead to solutions and create stronger, more rewarding careers for skilled technicians while addressing the talent shortage."
Responses to the survey, which concludes July 31, are anonymous and will be reported in aggregated form.
