Wadsworth International announced its recent partnership with Subaru of America, Inc. [Subaru] to launch their official certified collision program. Wadsworth is impressed with the company’s unique approach in the designing of their collision network solution. The automaker’s continued focus on the owner and brand experience was instrumental in ensuring the collision program had neutral partnerships, allowing the branding to remain indicative of the Subaru experience.

“Wadsworth is honored to have been selected by Subaru to develop and launch their Certified Collision Program,” said Rick Miller, President of Wadsworth International. “Our team appreciates Subaru’s approach to a results-driven, customer focused program, which earns a facility the true “certified by the manufacturer” badge of honor on their wall.”

Wadsworth partnered with the Solera group, an industry leading data company, for the use of AutoWatch, for repair process monitoring and customer communication in the Subaru Certified Collision Program. The customization of the program allows us to give users a specific brand experience, aligning it with Subaru of America’s aftersales initiatives.

“Solera is excited to extend our partnership with Subaru by introducing AutoWatch in North America,” said Roy Duplantier, Sr. National Sales Manager. “We are committed to helping Subaru deliver on their customer commitment, ensuring transparency and driver satisfaction. AutoWatch allows Subaru drivers to stay informed with real-time status notifications for body repairs provided by the certified repair shops.”
