Professionals can now join live repair information software training sessions that are offered through the new Get2Know Training Center section of the Mitchell 1 website.
Auto service professionals who would like assistance mastering Mitchell 1 solutions such as ProDemand™, an industry-leading OEM repair information software, can now join live training sessions that are offered through the new Get2Know Training Center section of the Mitchell 1 website.
“The live training sessions in the Mitchell 1 Get2Know Training Center are a really good resource to help technicians and other professionals become proficient quickly with Mitchell 1 products,” said Nick DiVerde, senior marketing director, Mitchell 1. “Whether they’re a beginner looking to get started, or a more advanced user looking for a specific answer, they’ll find valuable information in the center to help them get to the next level of mastering their software.”
The sessions cover various product features and include real-world example lookups, followed by questions and answers. In addition to ProDemand, live training is also offered for SureTrack, ProPack (Lube Sticker Pro, Message Pro and Report Pro) and products covering Class 4-8 trucks. All of the upcoming training sessions are listed by week on the homepage of the Get2Know Training Center site as well as on the monthly calendar of events page.
In addition to live training, the Get2Know Training Center also provides a library of training videos for ProDemand covering topics such as vehicle selection, maintenance, codes, components, service manual, SureTrack, estimate guide and quotes. The video training available for the Manager SE™ shop management software includes convenient learning modules accessible 24/7. These high-quality, easy-to-follow modules are divided into 30-minute sessions and can be completed for product certification.
