With a contact temperature range of -58 degrees F to 932 degrees F (-50 degrees C to 500 degrees C), this tool offers a 12:1 field of view and a response time of 0.5 seconds. The unit powers off automatically after 15 seconds. The tool includes two AAA batteries and an instruction manual in a plastic molded carrying case.
