    Pins in the Thexton VW/Audi Lock Carrier Tool Set, are used to slide out the front carrier to service components (i.e. timing belt, water pump, etc.) at the front of the engine on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. These two pin sets are similar to Volkswagen/Audi factory tools 3411 and T10093, and are conveniently combined into one tool set. Tools in this set provide more clearance and fewer components to disconnect/reconnect. This set includes two pin sets, with M8 and M10 threads, and an overall length is 7.5". Specific applications for this set include: M8 applications - most late-model Audi and VW vehicles with an inline engine configuration (Audi: A8, 2004 and up. VW: Golf and Jetta, 1999 and up. Passat: from 2000 and up) and M10 applications - most all VW/Audi 2004 and up (Passat, Audi A3, Audi A4, Audi Q5, Audi Q7). The tool set is made in U.S.A.
