Brochure now available for GAAS 2011

Feb. 23, 2011
Nearly 30 presenters scheduled for May 18-19 event at Hyatt Regency O'Hare

The brochure for the 2011 Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) is now available for download at www.globalsymposium.org. This year's event will be held May 18-19 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and features nearly 30 presenters who will address the theme “Aftermarket Fast Forward: What You Need to Know to Stay Ahead.”

In addition, Dave Caracci, GAAS chairman, has announced that registration fees for GAAS 2011 have not increased. “Fortunately, we've been able to hold our registration rates the same for another year," said Caracci. "As we see the economy improving in the aftermarket, we hope this freeze on GAAS fees will encourage more of our industry leaders and their associates to attend."

Members of the associations that sponsor GAAS are eligible for discounted registration fees of $200 off regular rates when they register by April 1. A complete list of registration fees are available by clicking here.

Room rates at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for GAAS 2011 are $172 (single or double) and are guaranteed at this rate through April 16. Reservations can be made by phone at (800) 233-1234, or online with the Hyatt O'Hare. Be sure to mention the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium to obtain the discounted group rate.

The annual two-day Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium brings together industry leaders and experts to examine the issues and trends affecting the worldwide automotive aftermarket and influencing its future. The net proceeds from the event go toward funding industry scholarships.
