The Car Care Council Women’s Board (WB) is calling for teens to “Show Us Your Wheels” for a chance to win an iPod.

In a video no longer than three minutes, the Women’s Board wants to know why you are passionate about your vehicle and how you maintain it. To enter, post your video to YouTube and fill out the Automotive Communications Awards (ACA) form, on the Women’s Board website at women.carcare.org. Please be sure to include your YouTube video link when submitting the entry form. Please note that both male and female teenagers are eligible to enter the “Show Us Your Wheels” competition.

There is no charge for entries and the deadline is Friday, Sept. 30.

In addition to receiving an iPod, the winner’s video will be shown during the Women’s Board award reception on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011 during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week in Las Vegas. The video will also be posted to the Women’s Board website.

“We are very excited about the 2011 ‘Show Us Your Wheels’ video contest and can’t wait to see all of the entries,” said Ruth Ehlinger, president, Car Care Council Women’s Board. “Not only is this a great way for teens to show off their cars, but it’s also a way to get the Women’s Board name out to a whole new generation of vehicle maintainers, as well as raise the awareness level of the automotive aftermarket industry.”
