    Lisle’s circuit tester pliers, No. 28850, feature a dual probe/computer safe/polarity indicator to test low voltage 6 to 28V. The first probe flips out, enabling users to check hard-to-reach connections, and can be flipped back when not in use. The second probe with centering V design lets users penetrate the center of the wire every time. Fitting 16 gauge and smaller wire, the tools is safe for use on 12V automotive computer circuits and draws less than 19mA.
