The Motor Guard Line of Super-Rigid Big Block sanding blocks are engineered from super-dense yet light-weight materials, and they provide just the right amount of flex to conform to body panels and slight contours for both aluminum and steel. Super-flat faces result in fast and flawless finishes, according to the company. The new line includes six models for different applications: the BGR-1 (1-1/2” by 11”) for small areas due to its narrow size; the BGR6-1 (5-1/2”) for use with 2-3/4" PSA rolls or half-sheets; the BGR12-1 (11”) and the BGR16-1 (16”) for two-handed blocking; and the BGRK11-1 and BGRK16-1 for aggressive, two-handed blocking with hook-faced models.
