A new CIECA committee will address OEM part-type definitions. All industry stakeholders are invited to attend the initial online meetings on January 29 and February 5. No travel is required.
All committee meetings will be held via web conference calls. No travel will be required. Complete the form to participate on the new CIECA committee addressing part-type definitions. You will be sent an email with a link to the online meetings. CIECA has 18 Standards Development Committees that focus on creating standards to address industry needs. These include PMP (Parts and Materials), RP&I (Recycled Parts and Inventory), VDI (Vehicle Damage and Imaging), SCAN and Architecture. All standards are developed by members. CIECA membership is open to the collision repair and property restoration industries, and related segments: repairers, insurers, OEMs, parts and material suppliers, information and software providers, car rental companies, towing companies, salvage and recycled parts providers, auto glass replacement facilities, subrogation providers, general service providers and property restoration providers. CIECA's goals are to deliver benefits to all participants through reduced development and support costs, lower cost of implementation, reduced barrier to entry and faster development times.
