Aftermarket businesses must commit to training to succeed

Aug. 17, 2016

Karen Cover, social media coordinator for the Automotive Group of UBM Americas, wrote a blog, “Get committed to training.”

Effective training with standard operating procedures will improved employee performance and customer satisfaction, as well as a company’s bottom line.
