This 9th annual WIN conference, themed Create and Cultivate, is being held May 4-6, 2015 at the beautiful Baltimore Waterfront Marriott. Speakers and breakout sessions will focus on opportunities for attendees to develop their own personal success stories through leadership, knowledge and relationships. In addition to the exciting keynote address, the 2015 Educational Conference will feature speakers covering organizational culture, successful talent recruiting and time management. “As we finalize this year’s speakers, our planning committee is thrilled with the immense amount of talent and passion that is present throughout the industry,” explained Jessica Rob, Chair of the Conference Planning Committee. “We are honored to be hosting Mike and other collision industry leaders at the 2015 Educational Conference.”
In addition to the educational sessions, WIN’s presentation of the Most Influential Women awards will be held during the conference gala dinner, recognizing women who have been nominated by their peers as outstanding business and civic leaders. The 2015 WIN/MIW Scholarship winners will also be recognized and the Annual Scholarship Walk will raise money for the WIN Scholarship fund. “Each year the WIN Conference Committee raises the bar of expectations,” declared Denise Caspersen, WIN’s Chair. “This year’s Create and Cultivate is sure to engage our members and inspire them to grow professionally and participate in guiding our industry through unprecedented change.”
