Collision Works opens fourth location

Collision Works, a provider of high quality collision repair services, announced the opening of its fourth location with the acquisition of Darren’s Paint and Body.  The 13,000 square foot facility, located at 512 South Main Street in Newcastle, Oklahoma, is central to the fast-growing “Tri-City” communities of Blanchard, Tuttle and Newcastle.

“We committed to a rapid growth strategy in Oklahoma, and we are already ahead of schedule,” said Collision Works owner, Jake Nossaman. “Darren’s had an excellent reputation in the community, and we are honored to have their skilled team join us under the Collision Works banner.”

Veritas Advisors, Inc. and Symphony Advisors, LLC acted as advisors to Collision Works throughout the acquisition process. 

Collision Works has been serving the Greater Oklahoma City area since 1996.
