The Refinish Distributor Alliance (RDA), a national group of refinish distributors with 185 locations dedicated to providing quality products and services to their auto body shop customers, has added the eMarketPlace web, social and mobile sales, marketing and customer service platform to its Impact Elite auto body shop benefit program.
According to eMarketing Sherpas and the RDA, the selection of the e-MarketPlace platform will help RDA members help their auto body shop customers capture, service and retain more customers, revenue and profit through the use of the latest Internet, social media and mobile based sales, marketing and customer service tools, technologies and techniques.
