Fix Auto National Conference reveals rich content for collison repair professionals

Jan. 1, 2020
The 11th annual Fix Auto National Conference is scheduled for Sept. 15–18 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The breathtaking beauty of the Sonoran Desert will serve as the backdrop for the 11th annual Fix Auto National Conference scheduled for September 15–18 at Boulders, a world-class Waldorf Astoria Resort in the desert foothills of Scottsdale, Ariz. This year’s theme, which focuses on marketing to create differentiation for repairers, is infused in the program. The following are just some of the highlights:
  • The Brand Change Challenge — Changing a brand isn’t easy for any size business, but the stakes were especially high for DuPont Performance Coatings as they transitioned to the Axalta Coatings Systems brand. The company’s North America Marketing Manager, Michael Bennett, will discuss what it took to ensure a smooth changeover.
  • The Future of Collision PartsParts have always played a critical role in the collision repair process, but their availability, procurement and quality continue to be at the heart of heated debate. This panel discussion will feature insight into the parts world from a variety of industry experts.
  • Keynote Speaker Jim Abbott The former major league standout will reflect on the challenges he has met and overcome, which he has distilled into a presentation especially relevant to collision repairers: “ADAPT: Overcoming Adversity”.

In addition to providing a wealth of rich content, the conference features a number of activities that promote unique networking experiences such as ATV excursions in the surrounding desert, a team building program that benefits a local children’s charity and a progressive dinner on one of two champion 18-hole golf courses onsite, all immersed in the ambience of a luxury getaway that promotes personal revitalization.

“A key message in this year’s conference lineup is establishing marketing principals that will give our attendees a competitive advantage,” commented Fix Auto President and COO, Paul Gange. “In an industry that continues to evolve, it’s an invaluable skill and we look forward to sharing that message and our vision with the best of the best this fall.”

The conference is open to Fix Auto franchisees, Collision Repair Experts members, insurers, partner suppliers and invited guests.  To receive an invitation or to get more information, please contact Fix Auto Communications Specialist, Kimberly Ainge at [email protected] or by calling 503-432-0981.
