Uptime depends upon much more than the vehicle itself, and OEMs are focusing on that as well.
Mack has begun designating its dealers as Certified Uptime Centers. These dealers have instituted processes to provide faster and more efficient service experiences to customers.
Walsh says the Certified Uptime Centers have shown significant service improvements.
