How to make the wisest and safest purchasing decisions

The National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM), an organization that represents manufacturers that produce light and medium duty trailers, has produced The Trailer Handbook: A Guide to Understanding Trailers and Towing Safety. It is a 142-page, easy-to-follow resource covering the essentials of trailers and towing safety.

The handbook starts by discussing the dynamics of both the tow vehicle and trailer as a combination vehicle. The next section details important aspects of the trailer and the various components.

Following this is a discussion of the key considerations and general practices in maintaining trailers. The handbook concludes with appendices of additional useful information, including a glossary of terms and additional resources.

The Trailer Handbook is available for purchase from NATM at www.natm.com/Trailerhandbook.html, and from Amazon.
