The program “is a robust guarantee and warranty plan that’s sure to gain traction with consumers,” he notes. It offers a free 30-day satisfaction guarantee, three- year flat-tire changing assistance and additional mileage warranties on car and light truck replacement tires.
If customers are not 100 percent satisfied with their purchase, they can bring them back to the point of purchase within 30 days for a no-cost exchange, including all mounting and balancing charges, with no questions asked.
If a customer gets a flat, the tire maker will change it or provide a free tow.
They can call a toll-free number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for a qualified service professional to replace a flat tire with their inflated spare or request a tow to the nearest Michelin-approved tire dealer of their choice (up to 150 miles away) at no cost.
All standard Michelin carr and light truck tires (replacement and original equipment) will be covered by a limited warranty for treadwear.
