Autologic Diagnostics Ltd has won multiple awards during its time in business and technical support for Autologic customers is key to the company’s philosophy. The company was formed in 1999 to develop a diagnostic product for the Land Rover brand. From the success of the initial Land Rover software, it has developed its Autologic software for other premium brands, including BMW, Mercedes Benz, VAG, Jaguar, Porsche, Volvo, Peugeot, Citroën and Renault. Recently, Rolls-Royce was added to the brand portfolio and today the company provides diagnostic software for a total of 15 vehicle makes.

Software for the Autologic product range is continually developed and updated in-house, with updates available 24 hours a day over the internet, alongside telephone support during office hours. Independent technicians can thus be confident of real-time support and solutions to any problems encountered. Technical support is provided for thousands of independent garages in over 50 countries – Autologic currently employs around 40 development engineers and over 20 factory-trained master technicians.

Commenting on the award to Autologic Diagnostics, Patrick Sheedy, Media & PR Director for the ITM said: “In 2011, costs and overheads are the constant concerns and vehicles that are off the road cost money. This pressure is then passed down the line to the garage owner or workshop manager to increase savings and reduce vehicle downtime. More and more people believe that the solution to these problems lies in advancements in technology, something that Autologic Diagnostics excels in. It ensures that the customer no longer has to wait for space in the manufacturer’s dealers’ workshop but has a choice of a range of repair centres, allowing them get their vehicles up and running efficiently without compromising on quality of service.
