Conversations surrounding EV charging, whether about its availability or reliability, are abound. Companies like Blink, ChargePoint, and Wallbox are often making headlines about deals to install more stations. But, as you’ll read below, one in five station visits ends with no charging. As for availability, truck companies have expressed concern about the combination of little charging infrastructure and a growing number of regulatory mandates pushing the shift to electric in the industry.
