Cardone Industries Inc. has established teams of shop owners and service managers with the goal to obtain feedback on the company’s products.

The company says the nationwide Tech Council groups will meet throughout the year to gain insight about day-to-day product usage and to generate ideas for new products and services.

Several meetings have been held this year in Philadelphia, Dallas and Los Angeles. Cardone plans to organize at least 10 additional meetings before the end of 2014.

The company says the new Tech Council meetings have rapidly become a valuable function of its feedback loop, allowing it to quickly focus on areas that are most important to customers.
