Denso Products and Services Americas Inc. has released its 2016 First Time Fit Oxygen and Air/Fuel Sensor Catalog, which includes 83 new part numbers.

The company says the expanded catalog contains oxygen and air/fuel sensors covering more than 99.9% of all cars and light-duty trucks in the U.S. and Canada on the road today.

Denso First Time Fit oxygen and air/fuel sensors are designed to meet or exceed the original equipment tolerances set by the manufacturers, according to the company.Key features include corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, polytetrafluoroethylene (PFTE) filters to block efficiency-robbing contaminants, and a refined zirconia element to improve sensor response.

Denso says First Time Fit oxygen and air/fuel sensors also meet the needs of today’s highly sophisticated engines controlled by state-of-the-art onboard computers. A malfunctioning oxygen or air/fuel sensor can reduce fuel economy, hinder driveability and even lead to engine damage resulting in costly and time-consuming repairs.

Denso’s 2016 First Time Fit Oxygen and Air/Fuel Sensor Catalog features 1,403 part numbers – 1,384 direct-fit part numbers and 19 universal part numbers – with coverage extending through model year 2016.

The catalog is available online and in print. Customers can quickly locate the part they need by year, make, model, engine type, or part number. Additional features include a photo guide by part number, a buyer’s guide by part number, separate cross-references to Denso parts by competitor or UPC barcode, and summary reference listings of new part numbers, supersessions and universal sensors.
