Standard Motor Articles Inc. (SMP) has expanded its TechSmart 2013 and added 95 new premium parts to its growing line of engine control Articles, covering more than 85 million vehicle applications.
Highlighting this release are several new problem-solving solutions, including DISA valve repair kits for BMW’s common DISA valve failure, throttle position sensor repair kits for Honda, a variable intake manifold repair kit for the high-failure Mercedes-Benz variable intake manifold and a repair kit for the high-failure Ford 6.0L diesel variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) actuator.
Many of the new TechSmart repair kits provide solutions for components not serviced separately by the dealer and make available parts that were previously only available at the new car dealer.
