It is made of durable, high-quality, blue powder-coated steel and has a weather-resistant foam rubber grip that provides operator comfort and convenience. The Strap Winder handle is also highly useful as a "cheater bar" to provide added leverage during the final tightening of nylon strap ratchet assemblies, as well as a handy tire "knocker." Made in the USA.
