The system works by using a spring in the hinge that puts tension against the track and rollers, then pushing the door tight to the door frame and seals. According to the company, the system saves on energy costs, improves building comfort, and does not hamper normal door opener operations. The system comes with full instructions and is for both residential and commercial applications. It is made from 12 gauge powder coated steel and made in the U.S.A.
