Pistol Grip Flaring Tool, No. PFT409

The S.U.R.&R. Pistol Grip Flaring Tool, No. PFT409, is designed for single-person line flaring for brake and other automotive fluid line applications in tight spaces. The heavy duty hydraulic ram delivers 6,000 psi of crimping pressure and is designed for repeatable quality flares. The tools is made to be simple to align and control with dual handles. The PFT409 comes with ten punches and four dies needed to create single (bubble/mushroom) and double flares for 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”,3/8”, 4.75mm lines. A magnetic yoke in the tool keeps dies flat and from falling out, and a detent ball allows for quick punch swap. The tool can be used with S.U.R.&R. UltraBEND, steel or coated brake tubing.
