    The S.U.R.&R. Ratchet-Action Tubing Cutter, No. TC40, is a spring-loaded automatic cutter designed to easily cut 1/8" to 1/2" tubing. The cutter works by snugging down on the tubing and turning the knob 360 degrees. The ratcheting ratchet handle is designed to work in hard to reach spaces. The cutter offers a fold out reamer to deburr tubes after cutting.
