    The Lisle Plastic Clip Removal Pliers, No. 42810, is designed for easy removal of plastic push pin type panel fasteners with center pins. The needle nose pliers design fits into recessed pin locations found on some GM vehicles. The pliers are designed to prevent damage to the pin or anchor. They also work on traditional clips and can also be used to remove automotive fuses from the panel. The integrated spring makes the tool easier to use and the built-in cutter allows technicians to cut off fastener heads in stubborn applications. The narrow tip is also ideal on ATO, Micro, Mini Blade, Maxi, and Pal type fuses.
