The Airsept Smart Splice Hose-to-Hose Connector offers a permanent repair, using a threadless crimp-and-frame hose-fitting system. The crimp technology aligns and holds the hose and clamps in the proper position to ease installation, and it creates multiple crimps for a leak-proof seal. Rounded, rather than square cut, barb edges reduce the potential for damage to the inner hose lining during installation. With a hand-held crimping tool, technicians can create leak-free connections between cut ends of A/C reduced barrier hose quickly, and repairs often can be made without line removal. Smart Splice Hose-to-Hose Connectors are available in standard sizes to fit Nos. 6, 8, 10 and 12 A/C reduced barrier hose.
