    The Steelman Pro Sharkplug, a spark plug socket combined with a shark-tooth-like serrated edge, allows spark plug removal and, if needed, cuts away broken spark plug boots that can obstruct regular spark plug sockets. With the Sharkplug spark plug sockets, technicians can simply select the socket size that corresponds to the spark plug, connect the socket to a 3/8” drive hand or power ratchet and operate the ratchet in reverse mode. The reverse cut teeth will grind away the spark plug boot with no danger to the spark plug itself. The Sharkplug socket also functions as a standard spark plug socket and can be used to remove the spark plug once the obstruction is cleared. Sharkplug is available as a 2-pc set (No. 79996) in 5/8” and 13/16” sizes.
