Any technician can use their Launch Tech scan tool to gain bi-directional control of another Launch professional tool. If you have a problem vehicle, another technician can work on the vehicle with their tool from their shop using remote diagnostics. This application is designed for fleets with multiple locations. Certified technicians can analyze live data and perform special tests between any two locations with good Wi-Fi signals. There is no need to be “on site."
