The ER75 HubMatch RFV Diagnostic Wheel Balancer is designed to help technicians efficiently balance wheels.

The CEMB HubMatch RFV Wheel Balancer, No. ER75, combines balancing features with an on-the-car mounting finish balancing process for improved ride quality. HubMatch RVF (Radial Force Vectoring) uses an OEM-best process recommended on-the-car mounting process to provide improve ride quality without requiring extra time from the operator. The company says this balancing process uses up to 45 percent less investment cost than other RFV wheel balancers.

Origin

CEMB developed this wheel balancer because wheel balancing alone might not solve tire and wheel related vibration complaints on sensitive vehicles, the company says. Tires must be balanced and also be round when rolling to be sure the vehicle rides slowly. HubMatch RFV wheel balancers are designed to take into account what is important to solve vibration and enhanced off-car wheel balancing and eccentricity. 

Manufacturing specs

This unit is engineered and manufactured in Italy, and fully assembled and tested in Gainesville, Georgia. There are manual clamping or automatic clamping version available (compressed air required). The shipping weight is 350 lbs, and the unit includes centering cones and a quick clamp wing nut. 

Storage and display

The carton size is 59" long, 45" wide and 85" high.
