Brian Daugherty, MEMA Chief Technology Officer, joined the session to address the impact of battery electric vehicles on the aftermarket and cover insights from the AASA/Strategy& report on the effect of vehicle technologies on replacement rates. Barry Neal, Partner, Roland Berger took a deep dive into the current and future state of the global supply chain environment and identified key takeaways for aftermarket retailers, WDs, and service professionals during a special track for non-members, channel partners and the investment community.
