GSP North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Miguel Jaime Navarro as Aftermarket Product Manager, Business Development, with responsibility for the company’s ride control portfolio.

The addition reinforces GSP’s continued investment in strong leadership, culture, and people-first execution as the company grows across North America.

Jaime brings more than a decade of automotive aftermarket product development experience to the role, along with a track record of building and scaling product portfolios across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Most recently, he led commercial vehicle product lines spanning clutch, suspension, and wheel-end components, with regional accountability across North America. His work has covered the full product lifecycle, from strategic and operational planning through sourcing, launch readiness, and margin management.

Earlier in his career, Jaime held category and product management roles in which he led a team of engineers, built multi-year product roadmaps, and significantly expanded application coverage across shock and chassis lines. Throughout, he has paired portfolio growth with disciplined sourcing and pricing strategy.

“Miguel understands what our partners need from a ride control program with his expertise,” said Michael Ceritano, Chief Operating Officer of GSP North America. “His experience across both the aftermarket and OE service channels gives him a clear read on where this market is heading, and he brings the kind of disciplined, people-first approach that reflects how we work.”

In his new role, Jaime will lead product strategy and business development for GSP’s ride control category, including coverage expansion, new product introduction, and portfolio planning for the North American market.

“GSP has built its reputation on quality and on being a manufacturer partners can count on,” Jaime said. “I’m looking forward to growing the ride control program and delivering the coverage and performance our customers require.”
