Registration is now open for the Second Annual Sustainability Collective on October 26, 2026, held remotely and in Southfield, Michigan, bringing together MEMA's Sustainability Council members, affiliates, and anyone committed to advancing sustainability within the industry. 

The Sustainability Collective is designed to celebrate progress, deepen collaboration, and showcase the impact of MEMA's Sustainability Council. This event welcomes a broader audience to MEMA's quarterly council meeting with an expanded agenda.

Agenda Highlights:

• Collective Industry – Start the day with a macro-level view of the auto industry and sustainability from MEMA's Research & Insights team.
• Collective Associations –  Discussion on sustainability alignment and cooperation from a panel of leading automotive trade associations, including MEMA, Suppliers Partnership (SP), European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA), and Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).
• Collective Spotlight – This OEM panel provides an opportunity to talk about major announcements from 2026, to level set on how this affects MEMA, and what to expect in 2027.
• Council Vision – Look ahead with a keynote address on the future of human mobility and industry transformation from Dr. Gregory A. Keoleian, professor and co-director of the Center for Sustainable Systems and MI-Hydrogen at the University of Michigan.
