Cloyes Gear & Products Inc. has appointed CEO John Hanighen as chairman of the board, as announced by MidOcean Partners.
The dual role expands Hanighen’s leadership at Cloyes, a North American manufacturer of timing drive systems and components for the automotive aftermarket.
