DMA Industries CEO John Treece Named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 Southeast Finalist

John Treece, founder and CEO of DMA Industries LLC, has been named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 Southeast Award.
Now in its 41st year, the EY US program honors entrepreneurs whose companies disrupt markets and drive economic growth. An independent panel selected Treece from 35 finalists based on entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, company growth, and long-term value creation.
“Being named an Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist is both humbling and deeply meaningful,” Treece said. “This recognition reflects far more than individual achievement. It represents the collective effort, resilience and belief that have fueled DMA Industries from the very beginning.”
Founded in 2008, DMA Industries develops private-label aftermarket automotive parts programs. Under Treece, top-line sales have approached $300 million, and the company employs more than 230 people. DMA recently opened a 1.4-million-square-foot distribution center in South Carolina’s Upstate region and has reduced its reliance on mainland China production to below 35% through factory partnerships in six countries, including a new ride-control plant in Thailand.
Southeast regional winners will be announced June 18 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Regional winners advance to the national awards in November at the EY Strategic Growth Forum. This year’s Southeast finalists span Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
