East Penn has been ranked one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania and Texas. Additionally, it was rated as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Manufacturing nationally. Both ratings are from the Best Companies Group, an independent research and consulting firm that specializes in identifying the best places to work globally.
The Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania is a joint effort of the Best Companies Group, the Central Penn Business Journal, and Lehigh Valley Business. This year marks East Penn’s 22nd year being named to the list. The Best Places to Work in Texas recognition is a project of Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, Texas Society of Human Resource Management (Texas SHRM), and Best Companies Group. This is the first time East Penn’s Temple, Texas, location has received the recognition.
The Best Places to Work in Manufacturing award recognizes companies across the U.S. and Canada that have demonstrated a strong dedication to creating supportive workplaces for their teams. This is the second consecutive year East Penn has been recognized with this honor.
Both lists are determined by using information supplied by companies and results from a confidential survey. A randomly selected group of employees completes this survey. The survey evaluates employees’ workplace experience across individual, team, and organizational dimensions, accounting for 75 percent of the total evaluation score.
