APA Industries LLC, has acquired a majority stake in Triscan a/s - a European supplier of autmotive replacement parts.
This acquirement represents a major step in APA's global growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to delivering broader product access, stronger supply-chain capabilities, and enhanced values to customers worldwide.
Triscan a/s was founded in Denmark and is approaching its 50th anniversary in 2026. Triscan operates three warehouses across Denmark and Germany and has been a member of the Danish Automotive Industry Trade and Industry Association for over 30 years.
The addition of Triscan strengthens APA Industries’ ability to serve customers globally. For APA’s North American and international customers, the partnership increases access to Triscan’s high-quality European aftermarket programs. At the same time, Triscan’s customers will benefit from greater availability of APA’s ÜRO Parts and Autotecnica brands.
