According to the survey responses collected from almost 300 independent garage owners, demand trends in the DIFM channel increased in January relative to the prior year's period. However, it is worth noting that the rate of growth decelerated in January from the level recorded in December, as evidenced by the fact that the Current Sales Index fell 6.0 points to 57.9.
