Teletrac Inc. and McLeod Software are pleased to announce that they have extended their partnership into a significant new realm. By connecting the Teletrac Fleet Director Hours of Service (HOS) platform with McLeod LoadMaster, which manages transportation dispatching and accounting, fleet managers can quickly review drivers' HOS statuses and create federally-compliant loads assignments. With electronic HOS recording devices now federally mandated, this partnership represents the companies' commitment to providing relevant and useful software that helps keep businesses compliant with government regulations.

"Adding Teletrac's Hours of Service application to our existing LoadMaster integration enhances LoadMaster and Fleet Director's value as a powerful integrated tool for my dispatchers and fleet managers. They can now see which drivers are free to take loads based on hours left in their work cycle. They see this all on one screen, making us a more efficient and Department of Transportation-compliant business," said Warren Schultz, executive vice president, A.N. Webber.

The Teletrac McLeod HOS partnership connects two key software features fleet managers use on a daily basis. The first is the HOS Manager portal, where dispatchers can view HOS driver log summaries sent from vehicles' in-cab displays. The second is individual HOS statuses, which users can now cross-reference with job delivery times. Together, these features facilitate a more efficient, compliant fleet.

"This partnership helps businesses run a tight ship, generating larger profits while keeping their drivers in compliance," said Marco Encinas, marketing and product management of global platform, Teletrac. "A federally-compliant fleet is able to understand how to run its business to best serve customers."
