Q: How did the tool/equipment function as far as saving you time?

A: The size makes it quick and easy to grab without being bulky. The light is bright so you can see what you’re looking for.

Q: What kind of setup was involved before using the product?

A: You just have to connect the supplied charge cord to a USB adapter or socket and charge it up.

Q: How easy was it to use?

A: Push the button until the desired light function is reached and then repeat to turn off the light.

Q: Was there a manual included? If so, did you use the manual, and was the manual easy to understand?

A: Yes, it came with a very small manual that contained instructions, features, and precautions. I always read through the literature; I prefer to get the longest life out of my tools and want to use them as intended especially when doing reviews.

Q: What features did you like?

A: This light has so many features. I like the one-button operation, the two different types of light beams or coverage, and the power/charge indicator lights. The combination of mounting options is awesome. The magnets do not scratch paint, but other stuff that sticks to the magnets will so be careful. The hooks are the perfect size and seem pretty durable.

Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?

A: Being marketed as an inspection light I think it would be great with UV lights built in to help look for fluorescent dyes.

Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for?

A: I used it to replace a couple of sets of blend door actuators. It fit nicely under the dash and provided plenty of light. It also squeezed nicely in between the engine and firewall on a Nissan pickup where I was replacing camshaft sensors. The hooks and magnets held the light right where I need it when servicing the brakes. I also took it on vacation, turns out it works well for hunting sharks’ teeth at night too.

Q: How does this tool compare to other tools you’ve used like it?

A: I have used a lot of different lights, but this is one of my favorites.

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall? Why?

A: Nine—this is a great light! The battery life and charge time are very good. The variety of options you have to mount and position the light is outstanding. The (top) flashlight works well but could stand to be a little brighter. The main lighting is awesome.
