The equipment lineup includes high-capacity floor jacks, wheel dollies capable of use on 1600 R20 tactical vehicle tires, and shop cranes that can lift up to 4,400 lbs.

Stertil-Koni, which has long served the U.S. Military, announced that the company is expanding its line of heavy duty shop equipment tailored for servicing and repairing military vehicles. The products, the company noted, are specifically engineered to perform in the rigorous and demanding realm of military applications, meeting the stringent Stertil-Koni standard of “field tested, tough, and ready.”

Carl Boyer, shop equipment specialist for Stertil-Koni, is leading the initiative, which will provide the U.S. Military with a range of heavy duty maintenance and repair equipment.

“Service members working in vehicle maintenance facilities often find themselves in height-limited locations, where it can be difficult to lift vehicles high enough to perform work at a standing position under our lifts. Nonetheless, these same service members still must get the job done. That’s where Stertil-Koni Shop Equipment can help. With many of our new products, they will allow service members to complete floor work on large vehicles in a way that is both more safe and more efficient,” said Boyer.

The Stertil-Koni Shop Equipment lineup for the U.S. Military includes high-capacity floor jacks, wheel dollies capable of use on 1600 R20 tactical vehicle tires, and shop cranes that can lift up to 4,400 lbs. Stertil-Koni aviation products certified for commercial aircraft lifting are also being adapted for use with Military rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.

“Looking ahead, we are now tailoring a special demonstration trailer to allow Stertil-Koni to showcase some of our most popular equipment on Military bases. In that way, technicians can get hands-on right away to demo and test it out – all in a real-world setting,” said Boyer.

The company also employs William Studivant, military sales manager, who is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 5, the Army’s highest Warrant Officer rank – and one who has demonstrated master-level expertise in both technical and tactical leadership.

“We are deeply committed to serving the U.S Military. With an overriding goal of enhancing safety, performance, readiness, and capabilities worldwide, our entire team is honored and proud to provide this innovative equipment to the U.S. Military and its service members,” said Dr. Jean DellAmore, president of Stertil-Koni.
