Application

The Streamlight Stinger Color-Rite is ideal for color matching and identifying body imperfections before and after paint repairs. Additionally, the light’s high CRI LEDs reflect back less light than bright white LEDs, meaning technicians can see greater detail when working in dark, hard-to-reach places under a car or hood.

Features and benefits

Developed to enhance visualization in low-light conditions, the Stinger Color-Rite features Streamlight’s Color-Rite technology, which allows technicians to differentiate between colors, and perform other tasks that require precise attention to detail in darkened conditions.

The light specifically uses a high color rendering index (90 CRI) LED, allowing workers to see the color spectrum as they would in natural light. The light provides a softer, warmer beam to assist with identifying subtle details and true colors in a variety of applications. It also prevents glare and eye fatigue.

Origin

Streamlight offers a family of Color-Rite lights for situations that require color differentiation for markets as diverse as industrial, law enforcement, military, and even outdoor recreation. Streamlight continues to develop lights with Color-Rite technology for a wide variety of tasks, including automotive, that require exacting attention to detail.
