Brake Fluid Tester, No. BFCM01

The Strategic Tools & Equipment Brake Fluid Tester, No. BFCM01, is used to check the quality of the brake fluid in a vehicle by measuring brake fluid conductivity. Brake systems absorb moisture into brake fluid through the rubber seals/joints. This reduces the boiling point of brake fluid, which can lead to brake failure. The more moisture in brake fluid, the lower the boiling point and the higher the conductivity reading. The better the brake fluid, the lower the conductivity reading.
