All moving parts, gases and liquids produce a broad range of "sounds" because of friction with their surroundings. The VO Scope SoundStik is designed to listen to this non-audible unique range of ultrasounds. Ultrasound technology allows techs to find potential or existing problems in major areas such as air/vacuum leaks, electrical noise, friction wear, seal/fit integrity and fluid turbulence. This rugged, handheld portable unit is unaffected by wind and surrounding noises. Kit contains the SoundStik receiver, SoniPod transmitter, contact rod, extension tube, high-fidelity earbuds and a carrying bag.
