BA 5000 DPF Cleaning System

The BA 5000 DPF Cleaning System from Baumot works with “air nozzle” technology to direct air through one channel at a time, while the DPF substrate rotates 360 degrees during the cleaning process. The vacuum unit consists of a HEPA filter which captures 99.97 percent of particles at 0.3 microns. The total cleaning cycle from start to finish takes 30 minutes. The BA 5000 can accommodate most DPFs measuring a minimum height of 8.7" and maximum height 20”, as well as a minimum diameter of 7.5" and maximum diameter of 15.75”.
