Front Suspension System

Timoney Technology's Strider, from Chalmers Suspensions, is a fully independent front suspension system that provides improved ride quality and vehicle handling, with reduced driver exposure to whole-body vibrations. Primarily for on-highway vehicles, the suspension can handle front axle loads from 18,000 to 24,000 lbs. With its 10-inch wheel travel and dual rate coil springs, the system keeps both wheels on the road and reduces shocks and vibrations, providing a safer drive, especially on poor or unimproved roads. The Strider comes with 17” air disk brakes. A 45º wheel cut provides enhanced maneuverability in cramped locations. Modular packaging ensures easy installation and maintainability.
