TRP Aftermarket Parts' CleanBlue diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) can be used in all diesel powered vehicles that use selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission. Available in 2 1/2-gallon jugs, 55 gallon drums and large 275 gallon and 300 gallon totes, CleanBlue is clear, non-toxic, non-polluting, non-hazardous, and non-flammable.

- Product From Acustrip, Inc.
The Acustrip ACU 44863 Series Oil in Water/DEF Test is used to determine if there has been contamination to the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank. Simply remove the DEF from the tank using a syringe prior to the strip being immersed and agitated. The intensity and size of the discoloration are indictative of the quantity of contamination by hydrocarbons (i.e. Petroleum, Gasoline, or Oils). The presence of hydrocarbons causes a chage in the color of the test strip. This kit includes 100 with a vial and syringe.
- Product From Norgren Global Vehicle Technologies
Norgren's Air Intake Throttle precisely regulates airflow so that emissions control systems operate at peak efficiency. Common techniques for reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter or soot to meet 2013 EPA Tier IV Final Emissions Regulations include Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). When used as a tandem they manage the airflow essential for boosting the EGR while maintaining high exhaust temperatures for maximum SCR and DPF efficiency.
- Product From MISCO Refractometer
The MISCO Palm Abbe handheld digital refractometers, Nos. DEF-201 and DEF-202, come designed specifically for testing the concentration of urea-based Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). This straightforward refractometer test requires only a few drops of urea-based Diesel Exhaust Fluid, and a couple of seconds, to obtain a digital reading of urea concentration with a precision of +/-0.1 percent by weight. Optional accessories include a rugged storage case, protective armor jacket and NIST-traceable calibration certification. Additional measurement scales for fluids such as antifreeze, battery acid and brake fluid can be custom-programmed into MISCO tools. Made in the USA.
- Product From Oilmen's Truck Tanks
Oilmen's third generation of its DEF insulated tanker used for hauling Diesel Exhaust Fluid includes insulated tank, insulated and heated cabinet, insulated and heated piping, and protected pumping equipment. The 4000 gallon DEF truck tank has the ability to self-load from a large DEF bulk tank that is commonly used at a distributor's facility, bulk plant or railcar. Piping that allows the operator to bypass the hose reel is also standard equipment that enables rapid metered deliveries. Additional improvements include better accessibility to components and vibration reduction materials that will prolong equipment life.
- Product From RTI, a division of Mahle Clevite
RTI's VFT-1 (Vehicle Fluid Tester), a digital refractometer, can test the freezing point of glycol based coolants. By adding a few drops of coolant to the test surface and pressing the "Go" button a couple seconds later the VFT-1 gives a digital readout of the freezing point. A chart typically located on a coolant bottle's rear label, illustrates that the lower a freeze point of coolant, the higher the boiling point of the engine coolant. Additionally, the VFT-1 can also test for percent of water present in DOT 3 brake fluid, battery acids specific gravity and DEF Urea percent weight in diesel exhaust fluid.
- Product From Emco Wheaton Corp.
Emco Wheaton's Posi/Lock Blue delivers safe, spill free dispensing of urea. Engineered for the bus transit companies where vehicles need to be refueled at the same location every time. Opposed to open fill systems on the market which are open fill and which frequently result in a certain amount of urea being spilt each time during filling, this product directly dispenses to the vehicle. Urea tends to evaporate and the leftover ammonia crystallizes, creating a messy working environment. The urea might also run down the side of the bus staining paintwork and causing corrosion.
- Product From Infrared Industries
The Infrared Industries handheld gas analyzer, No. IR-6000, weighs less than 2 lbs, and measures only 7.5” in height, 3.5” in width and 2” in depth. These analyzers come in various configurations and prove to be highly accurate and reliable, according to the manufacturer. The IR-6000 series gas analyzers can measure up to five gases—chosen from over 270 different gases—simultaneously utilizing both NDIR and chemical luminescence sensors. Each unit contains Infrared Industries manufactured elements, which include a filter, pump, optical bench and detectors. Comes with a multi-language LCD display, which allows text to be displayed in English, Spanish or Arabic. Can record data and be connected to PC.
- Product From Balcrank Corporation
Balcrank's Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dispensing systems have the convenience of being tote and portable units. They feature side mount units with air operated pumps and electric pumps. Electric pumps offer the new "Quick Start" system. The Quick Start system eliminates damages to the pump seals, protecting the DEF equipment and fluid quality. DEF is packaged in totes, drums and bottles. Balcrank offers drum and tote system packages for dealerships, garages, fleets and commercial facilities.
- Product From Lincoln Industrial
Lincoln's Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Handling Equipment include the air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) and rotary AC electric pumps, 1/2" hose reels, dispense valves and meters, as well as other accessories. It has steel dispense valves are available with digital meters and include an automatic shut-off feature to prevent accidental overfilling. DEF meters display current and cumulative total volumes for accurate recording and can be calibrated for English or Metric units, or for special measurements defined by the user. Lincoln's DEF equipment can be set up to pump from the customer's closed Integrated Bulk Container (IBC) Totes, closed 55-gallon drums or custom tanks.
